This program only targets persons involved in substance abuse. Employees not involved in this type of activity support management's attempts to try and eliminate drugs in the work place. This is in the best interest of the drug free employee with respect to safety and cost of health insurance.

What are the legal issues involved?
The environment in which your employees work belongs to you, therefore it is your responsibility to maintain that environment for your safety and that of the people that you employ. If you fail to do this, you could be held liable for the actions of a substance-abusing employee.
